Brewdude: I should warn you that I’m not new to blogging. Nor am I new to brewing. I am, however, new to blogging about brewing.
Sparged! is my attempt to write about home brewing and all its intricacies, as well as beer and other fermented beverages. While I don’t claim to be an expert (at this stage of the game, anyway), I will do my best to make sure that any and all information I provide will be as accurate as possible.

A brief look at my brewing history:
- began brewing in 1997, started with meads and cyser
- first extract brewed in 2000
- started partial mash brewing in 2005
- one day I will start kegging
